RESCUED ESTATE

A family estate for five generations, the vineyard is now managed by Mathilde – the first female winemaker in the family. We work 18 hectares, certified organic for 20 years. Estate anecdotes: Since Georges in 1905, Roland, Michel, and Jérôme have succeeded one another at the helm of the estate before passing the torch to Mathilde, the first woman in the Sauvète family to take the reins. The estate's history: 20 years of organic farming is our pride! Always striving for the right intervention in the vineyards, we are increasingly adopting biodynamic practices, allowing our terroir to express itself through our grapes and wines. We have been transitioning to biodynamic farming for the past five years. We are independent winemakers: we are in our vineyards year-round, harvesting all our grapes, vinifying them with passion, and offering a range of wines that reflect our terroirs and winemaking methods. We are also committed to wine tourism because sharing our craft with visitors is very important to us.
