Champagne Joffrey
The Joffrey estate is located in Les Riceys-Bas, in the largest wine-growing commune of Champagne. It covers nearly 15 hectares of vines planted on clay-limestone soils, offering an ideal terroir for the cultivation of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
The estate practices sustainable viticulture, with cover cropping every other row and adapted cultivation methods, in order to produce healthy and balanced grapes. The harvest is carried out with care to preserve the quality and expression of the terroir.
