This wine expresses a beautiful harmony thanks to its unique terroir of granite and gneiss slopes. It is made from Grenache, Cinsault, and a few white grape varieties, with careful vinification in open concrete vats. Respecting natural methods, the wine is aged without fining or filtration, preserving the integrity of its aromas. Thanks to extended aging on fine lees, it offers a delicate and precise structure, ideal for a variety of occasions.

Our opinion on the vintage

On the nose, this wine reveals an elegant combination of candied raspberry, roses, and violets, with a subtle touch of orange peel. On the palate, it begins with an ethereal texture, surprisingly light, before blossoming into a more fleshy and luscious body. Flavors of fresh plum and orange blend harmoniously with a chalky, slightly peppery finish. With your eyes closed, you can almost feel the gentle, floral warmth of its lingering aftertaste, amplified by notes of bay leaf, bitter orange, and a hint of cocoa. A true sensory exploration with every sip.

Vallée du Rhône | France

Texier has brought Brézème back into the spotlight, revealing the potential of this forgotten hillside in the Rhône Valley. His Syrahs take on a distinctly northern character: violet, pepper, acidic freshness, and firm tannins. Long, lightly oaked aging adds depth without artifice. The Poulsards and other experimental wines reflect the estate's inquisitive spirit: always seeking the coherence of the terroir rather than sheer power. An almost Burgundian approach to the Rhône Valley.
