Our opinion on the vintage

This wine first captivates with its luminous pale gold robe with silver reflections, a sign of beautiful freshness and great finesse.
On the nose, it reveals an elegant and expressive aromatic palette blending fresh fruits and white flowers. Notes of honeysuckle and hawthorn intertwine harmoniously, before giving way to a more exotic touch enhanced by nuances of candied citrus.
On the palate, the balance is remarkable. The floral and fruity aromas are present, accompanied by a delicate hint of honey. The texture is supple and pleasant, supported by a beautiful freshness that leads to a lively, zesty, and mineral finish.

Certified by Demeter, the work is based today on a careful observation of natural rhythms and a quest for overall harmony. Cultivation practices aim to ... Lire plus
