Bergerac blanc 2024
Bergerac | Blanc | 2024
Julien Auroux draws on his international experience to breathe new life into the family legacy by adopting organic viticulture practices. He grows Sauvignon and Sémillon on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are vinified in concrete tanks without any additives, thus preserving the purity of the fruit. A small amount of sulfites is added before bottling to ensure the wine’s stability.

The nose is charming, with expressive aromas of white-fleshed fruits and subtle hints of white flowers. On the palate, the texture is silky and enveloping, with a well-defined structure provided by the Sauvignon and Sémillon grape varieties. The finish is fresh, marked by an elegant minerality that evokes the clay-limestone terroir from which it originates. Domaine Julien Auroux
Beaujolais | France
Being in Auvergne changes everything: volcanic soils, natural acidity, and vibrant yet substantial juices. Auroux cultivates Gamay and other local varieties with a gentle approach, reminiscent of natural viticulture, without sacrificing complexity. The wines are often crisp, sometimes exhibiting greater depth depending on the specific parcels. In short: tranquil energy. A true delight for the table.
