Vignes du Levant Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon and Chardonnay, sourced from plots selected for their freshness. Each grape variety is vinified separately to preserve its unique character, before being blended to achieve the perfect balance between liveliness and roundness. A fresh, fruity, and approachable wine, designed to be enjoyed right away.

Nestled in the heart of the Malepère mountain range, facing the Pyrenees, Château Guilhem is a family-owned estate that has been based in Malviès for several generations. The estate cultivates its 35 hectares of vineyards using organic farming methods on clay-limestone slopes.

Our Review of the Cuvée

The wine is pale yellow and brilliant, with delicate green highlights.
The nose opens with a fresh, aromatic profile, blending citrus, white flowers, and notes of white-fleshed fruits.
On the palate, the attack is lively and crisp, quickly enveloped by a round, supple texture. The Sauvignon brings freshness and lovely tension, while the Chardonnay adds more fullness and richness to the overall profile.
