"Even after thirty or so vinifications, we sometimes have doubts: in the vineyard and in the cellar, have we made the right choices? The quest for quality is long and not without its difficulties; a requirement that demands constant questioning. Today, I am proud of the path we have travelled together. What motivates me at my age is the transmission between my teams, my children and myself. As time goes by, the new generation takes its place and begins to express itself in the heart of a healthy domain that adapts to the times. Eager to go further, and thanks to Isabel's enthusiasm and experience, we launched ourselves into Regenerative Agriculture. Convinced of its benefits for our vines and our planet, this project is based on 6 key principles: > Minimize tillage > Diversify crops > Develop permanent plant cover > Maintain living roots all year round > Integrate animals into our crops > Take social responsibility Unquestionably, the first conclusive results on biodiversity and soil enrichment encourage us to continue our approach and I know I can count on Isabel to stay the course in the long term. We are investing over the next 10 years to see the benefits of such a project. Isabel would even tell you that "it's the project of a lifetime!
