Château Fleur La Mothe

Château Fleur La Mothe is located in the commune of Saint Yzans du Médoc, 20 km north of Pauillac. Most of our plots have a view of the river, which ensures good thermal regulation and protects the vineyard from spring frosts. Every year, additional efforts are made in the vineyard to improve quality. The entire soil is now worked in a way that respects the cultivation methods and the environment.All these efforts regarding the commitment of the vines grown in sustainable viticulture were crowned in 2016 with the obtaining of TERRA VITIS and AREA certifications. Our 15 hectares in one piece, composed of plots of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, are on hills called "Croupes de Graves"; by the way Mothe in Medoc patois means "bute". This alchemy of nature mixed with the work of men allows us to obtain wines of great finesse.
