Mon gout va à ces rosés juteux et qui s'ouvre sans retenue sur un apéro, une salade, un poisson froid, des clapiottes... j'aime sa tension, son coté fleurs de lys, ses touches de fruits rouges. C'est frais c'est frais, ca change de la provence dans un autre style et permet de découvrir d'autres choses... enfin!

J'ai adoré ce rosé sec bien maîtrisé ! La prochaine fois je le dégusterai avec du poisson cru ou encore un beau saumon fumé ! excellent rapport qualité prix en plus !

Anecdotes about the domain

When we took over Château Soucherie, we wanted this wine estate to be a place in perfect harmony with nature and a place to meet and share. Our project is to highlight this place and this unique terroir by creating wines in our image.

The domain's short story

Until 1952, Château Soucherie belonged to the Ducs de Brissac family. The Château was converted at the end of the 19th century by a sister of the Duke, the Princess of Arenberg. The property was then sold to a family of winegrowers, and since 2007, the Béguinot family has held the destiny of this exceptional estate in its hands. Surrounded by a fine team, I have been looking after the estate on behalf of the family for several years. Now certified in Organic Agriculture, our ambition is to improve the quality of our wines every day, with a constant concern for respecting our terroirs and our privileged environment. We are also committed to wine tourism, offering bed and breakfast accommodation, a seminar room and a renovated cellar to welcome you.

The winemaker's pride

Keen to give this historic estate a new lease of life, the Béguinot family bought Château Soucherie in the heart of the Loire Valley in 2007. They opted for sustainable viticulture, but above all, they love to entertain. With their well-crafted wines and exceptional bed & breakfasts, it's easy to feel at home in Anjou!
