Bordered by scrubland, overlooking the Hérault valley in the heart of the Terrasses du Larzac appellation, the vines have been cultivated and the grapes vinified for 4 generations. A clay and limestone soil, stony, on which a diversity of grape varieties such as Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache noir and Grenache gris, mourvèdre... the oldest plots are over 70 years old. A traditional and parcel-based vinification method, a terroir that marks the wines with its mark, providing freshness and aromatic complexity.
