Activity Details

Taste our party bubbles in all lightness! Immersion in our independent winery with a guided tour of the press, the winery and our wine storehouse. We will explain to you all the steps necessary to produce this noble effervescent. You will then taste 5 crémants accompanied by small aperitif pretzels. Your tasting will also be accompanied by a Kougelhopf with bacon if you are at least 8 people. Children's corner with drawings.

The domain

Domaine François Schwach

Born in the middle of the vats, with a bunch of grapes in his hand, Sébastien succeeded his father in 2010. He pays particular attention to the work on his land. A single motto: to enhance the value of the terroir and, above all, no longer to rely solely on the prestige of Alsatian grape varieties. Sébastien is dedicated to the Crémant d'Alsace. Today, to be more in line with his philosophy, Sébastien is starting to convert his estate to organic farming.
