Françoise and her brother Luc welcome you with their singing accent and incredible smile, their wines are frank and sincere like them. Anecdotes about the domain

Aware of the fragility of our schistous soil, we have chosen to respect it by working as naturally as possible. In 2012 we obtained the certification "Agriculture Biologique" vineyard and wine. Our new building in stone of the Gard was conceived for a better respect of the harvest by working by gravity.

The domain's short story

Luc and Françoise Ollier, brother and sister, are the 5th generation of winegrowers to cultivate their vineyard in the respect of their soil. They welcome with great pleasure in 2020 Florent, the 6th generation of enthusiasts!

The winemaker's pride

The Ollier-Taillefer estate has been a family business for more than 5 generations... The novelty in 2020 : Florent the 6th generation (son of Luc, nephew of Françoise) has just joined the adventure! The passion for wine and the terroir seems to be in the genes! The vineyard extends over 38ha in the AOP Faugères appellation area in the heart of the Languedoc. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and are carefully sorted before they reach the cellar. We are certified BIO since 2012.
