The Ollier-Taillefer estate has been a family estate for more than 5 generations. The vineyard extends over 36 hectares on the AOP Faugères appellation area in the heart of Languedoc. The harvest is exclusively manual and a meticulous sorting is carried out before their arrival at the cellar. We have been certified organic since 2012 and this year we are celebrating our 40th bottled vintage!
Luc and Françoise Ollier, brother and sister, are the 5th generation of winegrowers to cultivate their vineyards with respect for their terroir. This year we will celebrate the 40th bottled vintage!
Aware of the fragility of our schist soil, we have chosen to respect it by working as naturally as possible. In 2012 we obtain the "Organic Agriculture" certification for vineyards and wines. Our new building made of Gard stone has been designed to better respect the harvest by working by gravity.
Thanks to our long family experience, we produce wines that are similar to us, while keeping the typical characteristics of the Faugian terroir.
