Anecdotes about the domain

Beaujolais is the coolest wine region in France. You can find all types of wines, natural, techno, organic, chemical, light, aging ... For my part, I try to make terroir wines: fruity and easy to drink for my Beaujolais Villages or my Brouilly, spicy and structured for my Moulin à Vent. The important thing for me is to get all the variety of aromas that can be expressed in the Beaujolais terroirs.

The domain's short story

I created this domain in 2007 for the love of my partner from the region and for the love of Gamay. The Moulin à Vent appellation is for me the most prestigious appellation of the Beaujolais. I try to get the best out of this magnificent terroir by working the vines organically and by vinifying as naturally as possible.
