An authentic place. The Domaine de l'Enclos de la Croix is located in the Languedoc, in the heart of the Petite Camargue, between the Etang de l'Or and the Cevennes. A place where, to the rhythm of the seasons, they shape the vines to produce wines that they hope will delight your senses. A place where every morning they work towards a soft viticulture. Indeed, since 2009 the estate is operated in organic viticulture. The exploitation has a personal journey in line with the history of the region. On 25 hectares in one piece, a stone wall surrounds the entire estate and closes on a benevolent cross. It faces the mistral, the tramontane and the sea entries. They produce organic wine on a land of limestone alluviums conducive to the development of the vine. Concerned about the environment, biodiversity, permaculture, agro-forestation, ploughing by horse and sheep in the vineyards are their daily life.
