As part of our Oenotourism commitment, we offer a visit to our cellar. Nearly 5000 visitors per year, individuals, groups, families and professionals. We have designed and developed the unique and innovative character of our cellar visit by integrating, within our century-old cellars and our working space, more technical and modern elements from the world of entertainment: light games, Sound and Light show, 3D animation videos, etc... etc... while remaining very attached to the transmission of our know-how that we communicate by accompanying visitors in their discovery of our bubbles wines.
Our Crémants and Blanquettes are under the appellation Contrôlée et Protégé AOC Limoux, made from our 19 hectares of vines divided into three estates. All our wines are made using the traditional method, i. e. everything by hand; stirring by hand, disgorging on the fly. We have respected this tradition since 1875.
