En bouche de la complexité, du gras pour ce vin ample sur les fruits légèrement sucrés. Un joli vin d'été.
Bouche bien structurée avec un touche briochée et d'agumes avec une finale sur les fruits secs (amande amère).
J'imagine quelques st jacques poellées avec une sauce crême calvados.
Bouche ample assez riche... Note citronnée agréable...
