Champagne Brimoncourt - extra brut grand cru - Pétillant

A very light yellow colour with fine bubbles that form a persistent cordon of great purity. A fine and intense nose, with notes of citrus fruits and white fruits. In the mouth, the attack is clear, frank and deep. The citrus fruit aromas are perfectly balanced with the minerality of the wine and extend into a beautiful and persistent finish.

The word of the Winemaker, :

Made up of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, the Extra-Brut cuvée is the result of a rigorous selection of the best grapes from exceptional years, from 6 villages classified as Grand Cru. Dosed at 2g, this wine is the pure expression of the know-how of the Maison Brimoncourt.

Its remarkable freshness makes it an ideal wine for aperitifs. It is also the perfect partner for seafood and iodine flavours. It will perfectly match Japanese and Korean cuisine and will highlight spicy tones.

The Wine Estate

Brimoncourt is based in Aÿ, in the historical heart of the vineyard, in buildings and gardens that will soon be two hundred years old. This Aegean anchoring is a promise that commits us to take very careful care at every stage of the production of our wines. The art of blending in champagne is to set to music each plot, each village, each contrast to express all its specificity.
