This wine comes from the first press. It was pressed and settled without enzymes. MLF was carried out. It was vinified in stainless steel tanks without chaptalization, fining, filtration or chilling. This is a very fine, airy, mineral and slightly saline wine. It is dense on the palate, with good length. To be discovered soon...

The word of the Winemaker, Benoit Munier :

This cuvée is a tribute to my parents, Patrice and Marie-Claude, who spent their lives building up our estate. Lucie Massart, our favorite eccentric illustrator, drew them on the label next to our vineyard lodge in "Champ Armé". This parcel, located in the heart of the Avize terroir, is part of the champagne blend.

Après avoir testé le brut nature de ce vigneron, on a voulu goûter ce millésime. Là encore, pleinement satisfaits ! Et ce qui nous a été vraiment étonné, c'est la longueur en bouche remarquable. C'était sur un apéritif, nous étions avec des amis très amateurs de Champagne qui ont été conquis. Ce sera difficile de le garder en cave pour voir comment il va évoluer !!!
