The colour is intense, the bouquet offers us aromas of citrus fruits and apples, then to the evolution of almond and nutmeg aromas. The attack on the palate is complex with an aerial foam and slightly candied notes.
We have re-released this cuvée in tribute to Charles de Gaulles, a fervent lover of Drappier champagnes and Pinot Noir.
To be served with dishes made with poultry! From now on and ideally to be drunk after 5 years. Serve at 9°C.How ?
