To the eye, this cuvée is intense ruby pink with slightly salmon reflections. The nose is spontaneous powerful and sweet on cherry, citrus fruits and sour candy. The balanced and clean palate combines freshness with a delicacy coming from a present material and leaving room for a long finish tinged with a beautiful bitterness.
A great vintage from the terroirs of the Montagne de Reims and the Côte de Sézanne. 14.5/20 on Gault & Millau.
