Boldly combining a fair balance of persistent flavour and a distinguished, racy character, this Champagne opens a succulent meal with harmony. Made from a lively, fragrant and haughty cuvée, with a hint of minerality, it will long distil fine memories of shared emotions.
During the first tasting, Raymond Duval-Leroy discerned an aroma of white flowers that gave off a scent reminiscent of "vine flowers" in June. Thus Fleur de Champagne was born. With its elegance and "touch", it is adorned with a lace of fine, satiny bubbles.
To be served between 8 and 10°C.
Marry it with a pineapple carpaccio and roasted scampi.
