Slightly salty, it has a smoky nose with a touch of tobacco and wood. On the palate it has aromas of green apple and white peach, and the taste of a freshly squeezed lemon. Acidic and fruity, it reminds us of the "saucer" candies of your childhood, an unusual trip for regressive pleasures... Another beautiful tribute to the past to carry the future of our house.

The word of the Winemaker, David GRATIOT :

Petit Meslier, a so-called forgotten grape variety, was planted at the property in 2008 and produced its first bottles in 2012. The result of a long selection process by David Gratiot, this grape variety gives a real aromatic typicity. We chose to vinify it in oak barrels to soften its pronounced mineral taste. "Bulles d'Avenir", 100% Petit Meslier, is therefore a unique champagne in the world.
