Sight : The active effervescence produces a large carpet of bubbles of great finesse. The robe is a beautiful golden yellow with amber reflections. The wine is limpid and brilliant. The nose : Elegant and delicate, the first nose expresses all the delicacy of this wine. When aired, a warm and greedy touch appears subtly nuanced with spicy notes. On the finish, a delicate profile of old rum. The palate : It reveals a harmonious balance between roundness and freshness. Aromas of yellow fruits (mirabelle plum) and harvest are revealed. The final on slightly roasted notes bring a delicate completeness. A pleasant length in mouth.
