A Champagne that puts everyone in agreement! A pretty light yellow color with a fine and abundant effervescence. A fresh and fruity nose with aromas of fruits and currants. The attack in mouth is silky with fine bubbles which come to caress the palate.

The word of the Winemaker, Olivier Marteaux :

This champagne alone represents the mosaic of parcels that make up our vineyard. It is the reflection of the grape varieties of our vineyard. The proportion of reserve wines (30%), gives it a style of great regularity.
