Champagne Olivier Marteaux - Rosé saignée - Pétillant

It's a bit "atypical" among our champagnes. Produced using a technique rarely used in champagne, the grapes are de-stemmed and macerated for several days to obtain the color and aromas that make this a unique wine. This champagne is produced only in the best years. The wine has a ruby-red color. Powerful aromas of strawberry, raspberry and blackcurrant.

One plot, one year, one grape variety....LE PINOT MEUNIER
This rosé champagne is made from a plot of meunier grapes that is almost 50 years old, only in the best years.
Produced by maceration, this advanced winemaking technique gives it a fruity character and a deep color.
