The robe is golden yellow, with bright reflections. The first nose is fresh and greedy. It evokes the lime tree. After a few moments, the nose evolves on aromas of cut hay, honey with a reminder of linden and white fruit. The sensation is fresh, pure and complex at the same time. The attack in mouth confirms the freshness. A perfect balance between sugar and acid.
