The colour is pale gold and has a dynamic cordon of fine bubbles. The olfaction is expressive and opens with notes of almonds, citrus fruits, hay and wild flowers. A real complexity that ends up veiling notes of dried fruit. The attack on the palate is lively and delicate. A nice dynamism revealed by grapefruit notes. The dosage allows the wine to live to express itself fully on acidulous, calcareous notes, all with a beautiful length.
A beautiful wine that reflects the terroir of Champagne and its three thirds of the region's main grape varieties. We have carefully selected the best grapes to produce a fine and balanced champagne. This know-how and these refined aromas make Brut a great champagne.
To be enjoyed at several times of the day: for an aperitif, lunch, dinner, and even during the day to enjoy the aromas of this champagne. Serve between 6 and 9°C. To be kept for up to 7 years.
Perfect as an aperitif, with gambas ravioli, risotto with green asparagus and mushrooms.
