CHAMPAGNE POL COURONNE - brut - Pétillant
24€00

The colour is pale gold and has a dynamic cordon of fine bubbles. The olfaction is expressive and opens with notes of almonds, citrus fruits, hay and wild flowers. A real complexity that ends up veiling notes of dried fruit. The attack on the palate is lively and delicate. A nice dynamism revealed by grapefruit notes. The dosage allows the wine to live to express itself fully on acidulous, calcareous notes, all with a beautiful length.

The word of the Winemaker, :

A beautiful wine that reflects the terroir of Champagne and its three thirds of the region's main grape varieties. We have carefully selected the best grapes to produce a fine and balanced champagne. This know-how and these refined aromas make Brut a great champagne.

The Wine Estate

Thanks to our vineyard located in the Marne valley, in Jonquery, we offer 6 vintages, 4 of which are Grand Cru, and it includes Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, the 3 great varieties of Champagne. Of course, the grapes are harvested by hand - this is an obligation of the Champagne appellation - through our Champagne, we promote the authenticity of our terroir, family values and excellent craftsmanship.
