This cuvée is for us a very beautiful expression of Syrah: a generous bouquet of wild black fruits, blackberries and blackcurrant berries, with aromas of Garrigues and undergrowth. At the end of the palate, leathery notes appear, a sign of a wine of great maturity.

The second vintage of the estate, this wine is made from 100% old vines of 66 years. This vintage is the reflection of a difficult year for the maturity of the Grenache, with a lot of humidity and little sunshine. This wine is thus a beautiful ode to the Syrah, which has blossomed in this vintage.
