Eric Fabre wanted to express the richness of his 60 year old Bourboulenc and Grenache in this cuvee. He also selected an exuberant Marsanne and a Roussanne with great aromatic finesse to create this fragrant, long and complex wine. A limpid, pale yellow-green color with golden reflections. A complex nose mixing scents of flowers and white fruits, sweet and fresh spices and honey. An ample and structured mouth revealing a beautiful aromatic intensity and a long and fresh finish.

Vin puissant mais agréable. Nous l'avons vu en accompagnement d'un repas asiatique. Je pense que ce vin serait aussi très apprécié avec du fromage..a tester!

Un vin puissant, presque liquoreux, mais qui reste sec et agréable. Il a su se montrer à la hauteur du plateau de fromages magistral qui lui faisait face (ce qui n'était pas gagné)... Intéressant... A découvrir donc !
