Golden colour with silver reflections, nose of grilled dried fruit, apricot, peach and minerality. After a frank attack, the mouth reveals white flesh fruits and white flowers on a slightly toasted note for a salty finish.
Produced from a plot selection of Vermentino and Roussanne, Château de Lastours Blanc is partially fermented in oak barrels for a complex character and great finesse. This wine is a "Product in Conversion to Organic Agriculture (CAB), certified by FR-BIO-10".
