Delicate attack in mouth then the structure is dense and balanced with melted tannins. A complex aromatic with black fruits of the nose in attack then spices (pepper) and a point of freshness which stretches the mouth. Elegance and aromatic complexity for this great wine.

This cuvée is the result of a final selection of old vines in Carignan-Grenache-Syrah and Mourvèdre with ageing in oak barrels. This wine, which is produced in confidence (70 to 100 barrels per vintage), deserves to be decanted before tasting.
