Ruby color. The nose is expressive with notes of small black fruits and cocoa. The mouth is generous with fine and silky tannins. Aromas of blueberries, spices and fine wood. The finish is elegant and long.

This cuvée is a nod to Arthur, a young fisherman from Gruissan who, at the end of the 18th century, built with the sweat of his brow the Métairie de l'Oeil de Pale today called "Château le Bouis".
