A prestigious red, it is appreciated on special occasions. It can be drunk in 1 year, and can be kept for up to 7 years.

How ?

Red in colour, the heart accord remains a Sisteron lamb, candied or baked, accompanied by an eggplant tian.

The Wine Estate

Since 1880, Château Saint-Jean-Lez-Durance has been producing wines with the AOP Pierrevert and IGP Haute-Provence appellations on 33 hectares of land in the heart of Haute-Provence, not far from the famous Gorges du Verdon and the Luberon massif. It is also here, that for 5 generations, the Herbes family has been passionately cultivating its vines with southern grape varieties, giving nobility and character to the estate's vintages... Rich of many terroirs, clayey-calcareous slopes...
