Domaine Bourdy - Sosthème Côtes du Jura Savagnin - Blanc - 2019

It will sublimate your winter meals! The robe has a beautiful light gold color. The nose is powerful and very typical of the traditional savagnin, mineral then almond and a little bit of walnut: a beginning of yellow wine. The mouth is ample and complex, with a great freshness. Full-bodied but well balanced with a lot of finesse and elegance. Very great length. Again, earth and stone aromas, a little spice, combined with the unique essences of Savagnin aged under veil.

Our "baby" yellow wine, although a little less typical, the Côtes du Jura Savagnin still shows the powerful character of the Jura.
