The tenderness of gold with green reflections. A bouquet of almonds, dried fruit, ferns and white flowers. Honey and cinnamon are the usual notes. It can be enjoyed either young on the fruit, or a little more ripe, for its fatness and softness.
Quite rare, the whites highlight terroirs favourable to Chardonnay, they achieve the synthesis between the minerality of Corton and the fatness of Meursault. The Clos de la Maladière, the only vineyard in the town, is a monopoly of the Domaine.
From now on, and keep for up to 10 years. Serve between 12 and 14°C"
Its freshness and its floral register will marvel on poultry and veal in cream sauce, tagines with fish, but also sushi and grilled sea fish.
