Pale gold color in its youth with clear and brilliant silver-green reflections, a beautiful presentation. The nose evokes peach, blackcurrant and lime with also the varietal accents of the variety (vegetal fragrances) but also iodized perfumes close to the oyster shell. The attack in mouth is frank and nervous we find its perfumes of lime but also all the characteristics of Sauvignon. It is clean and thirst-quenching with always this pleasant vivacity which puts in alert the papillae. This wine is still young and fiery but we love its tension and its endearing and thirst-quenching side with a mineral flavor on the finish. Frank and typical, our Sancerre will be the ideal companion for seafood and cheeses.
