Colour : deep and bright ruby Nose: intense of crisp fresh fruit, raspberry, cherry, wild strawberry Palate: frank and rich with some smoky, spicy notes and playful tannins.
This 2019 vintage, while keeping the crunchy fruit of the Grenache Noirs from Domaine de Soustres, has benefited from favourable climatic conditions for a higher concentration. This translates into more playful tannins, spicy, smoky notes and aromas of cherries, raspberries and blackcurrants.
