Je confirme pour le poisson blanc, mais n'hésitez surtout pas avec des crevettes grillées et les fruits de mer, ça fonctionne aussi très bien. La prochaine fois, nous parlerons fromage...

Merci, il est élaboré 70% grenache égrappé élevé en cuve, 20%de carignan, 10% de syrah ces deux dernier élaboré en macération carbonique, malo faite en fûts de chêne élevé pendant neuf mois, levure indigène ceuilli à la main en caisse de 20 kg
