When ?
To be served as an aperitif, this sweet wine is to be drunk after 3 years of ageing. These woody aromas will dissipate after 5 years of ageing, leaving room for the nature of the grape variety (exotic fruits, honey, etc.). Shelf life 20 years. Serve around 8°C, do not hesitate to decant it 2 hours before serving.
How ?
This Bonnezeaux goes very well with foie gras, cheeses such as Roquefort, Fourme d'Ambert and blue-veined cheeses, pastries such as macaroons.
