Beautiful deep red colour with intense garnet reflections, almost dark. Aromatically, it is a farandole of red fruits, ripe cherries, raspberries and wild strawberries. When aired, more spicy notes of white pepper and nutmeg appear. On the palate, the silky and velvety tannins give a fleshy side without weighing down the structure. A finish on fresh fruit.

The word of the Winemaker, Benoît Fabre :

Southern Côtes du Rhône in its most authentic tradition. The cuvée that made the domain. First bottle corked in 1980 by the grandfather. The label has remained the same, between nostalgia and classicism. A consistency in quality year after year. 2016, like 2015, is a very solid year!
