Domaine Dominique Gruhier - Bourgogne Tonnerre - Blanc - 2020

Robe Clear wine, between straw yellow and pale gold. Nose The nose immediately reveals the citrus vivacity of citrus fruits but also a more tender and fruity characteristic of quince. Aeration reveals a softer character with notes of ripe pear and quince on a mineral and vegetal background of honeysuckle. Taste In the mouth we find this very balanced character between vivacity and tenderness. Its sharpness awakens the taste buds when its fruit covers the palate with a pleasant sensation of sweetness.

The word of the Winemaker, Dominique Gruhier :

The clay content of our soils brings a silky touch to the characteristic laminerality of the Kimmeridgien. It is in a way a silky Chablis! After a few years it will gain in complexity with aromas of pineapple and gorse. I recommend you keep a few bottles for a delicious experience.
