Domaine du Château de Fleys - Chablis - Blanc - 2021

This wine has a distinctive nose, it develops notes of spring flowers and white prairie flowers with additional fragrances on white fruits (apple and peach). The aeration adds an exotic touch and notes of sandwich bread. Beautiful on the palate with a relatively full attack, round and silky, which restores the fruity aromas of the nose while adding touch, on pineapple and pretty tart aromas that give it a lively spirit. The whole is balanced with an invigorating finish on lemony hints, with a nice sharpness.

This Chablis bottled by us comes from plots of land bordering our Chablis 1er Cru, from the lieux-dits. Côte Neuve and "Vaux-Noyers". Gold medal at the Burgundia competition.
