The colour is ruby. On the nose, small black fruits, blackcurrants, blackberries, blackberries, and cherries come running.
This Pinot Noir "drags" its vines with delight on the Burgundy side. The oak barrel passage is well digested. With its delicate tannins and long finish, it has the velvety texture so characteristic of beautiful Pinot Noir. Gold Medal Gilbert & Gaillard Competition 2017
2015 is a great year for the Pinot Noir. It will be appreciated with pleasure from now on and will keep well. Do NOT serve fresh!
Enjoyable on its own, it will be the ideal companion for red meat in sauce, game or veal.
