Un vrai coup de coeur découvert lors d' une dégustation ! A partager au cours d'un déjeuner en famille ou entre amis !
Notes chaleureuses, cerises noires mûres. Joliment boisé. Top!
Robe d'intensité moyenne, nez parfumé et mûr, encore marqué par l'élevage en bois (vanillé et toasté). Bouche à la fois souple et ample avec ce qu'il faut de fraîcheur pour soutenir la finale, très cerises noires et pointe de toffee.
Faites-vous plaisir ! Un gamay d'une telle envergure c'est excellent et il devrait encore se bonifier avec l'age. Ne pas laisser vieillir trop longtemps quand même. Un vin légèrement puissant et équilibré. Long en bouche. Ne pas hésiter à boire avec une belle viande même rouge.Quelle belle surprise !
