The nose is very intense, with notes of citrus and exotic fruit. Superb balance on the palate, measured out to perfection: fatness is present, but its acidity rules out any heaviness, the aromas identical to the bouquet are persistent and accompanied by a fine salinity. The wine is ready to drink.

The word of the Winemaker, Jean-Christophe Granier :

L'HORT BLANC 2022 IGP Saint Guilhem Le Désert, (l'Hort in Occitan is a small garden, Val Das Horts is the stream that runs through the estate and our village of Vacquières). A blend of Vermentino, Sauvignon and Roussane. This dry white is produced from very low yields (17.5 hectoliters/hectare). It is aged for 6 months on fine lees to give it a rich, aromatic mouthfeel.
