Quand j'ouvre une bouteille de chez Luneau Papin c'est aussi un grand coup de sourire de Marie que je mets à table et que je partage avec les amis! Cette cuvée je l'aime car le schiste donne une bouche ample et large avec une belle tension qui invite à explorer encore un peu plus notre verre. A goûter sur un tartare d'huitres, un cabillaud à la thai et citronelle, un espuma de citron sur un dos de saumon.
