Domaine Montrose - Domaine Montrose Salamandre - Rouge - 2019

Each grape variety and terroir is vinified separately. Resulting from a long maceration (4 to 5 weeks). The wines are blended at the end of winter and then aged in oak barrels for 18 months before bottling. A fine and complex nose, red fruits, blueberry, blackcurrant, thyme and mint. An ample and fine attack with a nice length in mouth and elegant tannins.

La Salamandre du Domaine Montrose est un vin puissant, agréablement fruité, ou l'on sent le soleil de sa région d'origine : en conséquence, je recommande aussi la belle pièce du boucher pour l'accompagner ;-) A déguster bien à température ambiante, et ne pas trop forcer sur la bouteille parce qu'à 14°C ...

Couleur très profonde pour un vin dense et boisé, tout en puissance, qui sent le soleil ! Avec des viandes riches et onctueuses mijotées il sera parfait !

Un nez incroyable ! Fort en bouche mais plus rond qu'un Médoc. On a vraiment des saveurs plein le palais !
