Nose of small red fruits, citrus fruits. A mouth full of finesse, balanced, combining roundness and vivacity. It is a wine of pleasure, elegant and fresh. To be drunk young. Each grape variety and terroir is vinified separately. The grapes are destemmed before a very short maceration or a direct pressing. Then, the musts are cold clarified before fermenting between 15° and 18°C. The wines (from the different grape varieties and terroirs) are blended and then aged in stainless steel and concrete tanks. They are bottled in winter and spring.

Montrose rosé is the emblematic wine of the Coste family. Winegrowers in search of elegance and conviviality, meticulous work from the vineyard to the cellar, a predestined name. The reasons for its success are varied and we will let you judge its quality for yourself.
