The nose is very clear with intense aromas of wild strawberry and blackcurrant which are found in the mouth. This wine offers a beautiful structure with very round and unctuous tannins that accompany the full length.

The Mont des Olivier was planted in 1992 and remains one of the last parcels that allowed the appellation to grow. Enclosed in the forest, the grapes from this parcel benefit from an exceptional microclimate. The protection from the cold northern winds and the sunshine allow us to obtain wines with blackberry, blackcurrant and undergrowth aromas.
