Notre Rasteau 2015 obtient 2 étoiles au Guide Hachette 2018
Bouche tout en fruit et en finesse. J'en reprends quelques unes pour dans quelques années : il sera splendide !
Très bien fait plein de tanins, de corps, attention il tape a boire si la sieste est prévue!
Le cabernet très bien travaillé sur ce chinon. Des tannins encore présents qui méritaient peut être quelques temps en cave
